EB Parent Matt Paine is offering to teach your kids how to make pasta from scratch and talk about the science behind the noodle! Your kids will start by making the dough with the right ingredients, and then try their hand at using a pasta cutting roller or pasta machine to make different shapes and sizes. After cooking the pasta, your kids will eat their own culinary creation and they’ll even be able to bring some back home - so don't forget food containers!
For almost 20 years, Matt Paine has been cooking professionally and is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Byron Park in Walnut Creek. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena.
Please note that this is not a gluten- and dairy-free class.
