This is a highly visual, 66 page, slip-cased book on the work of Leonardo Da Vinci. Published in 2006, it includes 200 illustrations and 30 pieces of removable documents including:

  • The birth record for Leonardo made by his grandfather in 1452.
  • A letter from Leonardo to Ludovico Sforza, the Duke of Milan, from 1453
  • The passport given to Leonardo by Cesare Borgia
  • A map Leonardo made of Imola
  • Some notes Leonardo made on machines that polish mirrors
  • Pages from a diary of Antonio de Beatis mentioning the Mona Lisa.

Great for any young person or adult interested in learning more about Da Vinci paintings, engineering works and inventions.
