Donate An Item
FICP meeting professional members and hospitality partners have set a precedent of giving back to communities in which we do business. For the past sixteen years, FICP has hosted a silent auction at its Annual Conference as a means to raise funds for a charitable organization based in the Annual Conference host city.
For the 2017 Annual Conference, FICP will continue this tradition and support Junior Achievement Worldwide and Junior Achievement of San Diego with silent auction proceeds.
FICP is seeking donations to our silent auction with a minimum retail value of $75. Possible items include:
- hotel stays
- destination packages
- golf packages
- tickets to sporting events or theatre performances
- entry into a company-sponsored marathon
- electronic equipment (i.e. iPads, etc)
- spa packages
- catered dinners
- gift cards
- logo swag bags
To submit an item donation to this auction, you will be asked to provide some information about the item you would like to donate, along with digital pictures of the item if you have any. The auction committee will contact you by email after the item has been reviewed.
After uploading your donation, please mail the hardcopy certificate or appropriate materials to the FICP headquarters at the address listed below. All donations need to be received by October 13.
