Item Description
She is simply AMAZING!
During Mia's tenure at UNC, she led the team to four NCAA women's championships in 5 years. In the 95 games they played, only one was lost.
She won the ACC Female Athlete of the Year twice in 1993 and in 1994.
Mia was only 19 when she played as a forward on the United States Women's National Soccer Team. The Team won the first FIFA Women's World Cup, making her the youngest player to do so. Then they won it again!
Mia scored more international goals in her career than any other male or female in the history of sports.
She was named the women's FIFA World Player of the Year in 2001 and 2002. She is also listed as one of the FIFA 125 best living players and later was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame.
This professionally framed, signed photograph of Mia Hamm will bring awe and inspiration to any young athlete!
