The great room includes a full kitchen, dining area, and a well-furnished living area. Plenty of room for everyone to put their feet up and relax. Enjoy a good night's rest in any of the three bedrooms that have been recently updated, including bedding. The utility room has plenty of space for all your gear, no matter what your activity. The pull through driveway provides easy manuevering for large snowmobile trailers as well as multiple vehicles. The cabin is pet friendly and provides a dog run.

It is just a short walk to the Lake Superior sand beach or the main street of Grand Marais. While staying at the cottage you might want to visit the Pictured Rocks, bike, search for agates, swim, sunbathe, hike the many trails, go bird watching, cross-country ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, visit the Seney National Wildlife Refuge, or take some outstanding photographs. Sunsets on Lake Superior are unparalleled.

The Red Chalet is available year round, easily accessible during the winter months, and the snowmobile trails start just a few blocks from the front door. These groomed trails connect you to a network of over 2500 miles of trails throughout the Upper Peninsula. Snowmobile rental is available in town.
