The Forge Luxury Tasting For 10 Guests:

Chef Shareef Maknik has personally developed this exclusive culinary experience with new Chef Dewey LoSasso and Executive Sommelier Gino Santangelo in celebration of unveiling the "Redux 2010" by designer Grancois Frossard. 

You are invited to experience a specially selected tasting menu for ten guests paired with wine flights. Seating at the main dining room "centerpiece" table with a local mushroom display showpiece.

Menu Highlights will include

  • Porcini seared Diver Scallops
  • Oyster "Po Boy" mini-lemon Gif Jicama Salad
  • Prawn and Cavier Waffle
  • Pan Seared Local Snapper, Paradise Farm Blossoms, Cider Reduction
  • The Forge Chopped Salad
  • Grilled Double Cut Lamb Chops, Quinoa Pancake Stack, Pear Chutney

Chef Dewey's Special Desserts will include:

  • Corn Three Ways..Crack Jack
  • Corn Ice Cream
  • Corn Cake
