JOE
What a drag—Joe and his buddy Jerry have to hide-out after witnessing a murder in Chicago—and in an all-girl band, no less! Ditching his suit and tie, Joe must find a dames’ wardrobe that fits him. He chooses a smart chocolate brown satin suit and skirt, trimmed in brown mink fur and amber –colored beads. A respectable orange silk chiffon shirt ties in a bow to hide his lack of a bosom. Now feeling his new persona as Josephine, he realizes a gal is never fully dressed without accessories, and dons a cloche hat, white cotton gloves, black net hose, a sequined hand-bag trimmed in bugle beads and crystals, and black silk satin pumps. This here’s the beauty that drives the men mad!
