Adour Guests will experience a fresh and modern interpretation of Alain Ducasse's cuisine with wine in mind, including food, wine, tax and gratuity!

Tucked in the heard of the iconic St. Regis New York, Adour represents a harmonious balance between Alain Ducasse’s dedication to the culinary arts and the legendary elegance of the St. Regis Hotel. Adour brings to the table a resolutely contemporary approach to your dining experience.

What makes Adour unique is that the menu represents a joint effort from executive Chef Joel Dennis and wine Director Thomas Combescot, who worked together to develop a menu where the dished and wine pairings balance one another. Executive Pastry Chef Sandro Micheli’s menu for exquisite desserts will also have their own suggested wine pairings, a most elegant way to finish the evening.

Seating approximately 88 guests, Adour is located in a contemporary and dynamic environment.  Designer David Rockwell and the New York-based architecture firm Rockwell Group developed wine inspired interiors, reminiscent of rick burgundy and chardonnay tones.. Dining at Adour is a complete sensory extravaganza, tempered by the regal cool of old New York.

To accommodate this cuisine in constant evolution, an interactive wine bar offers a cutting-edge approach to delight both new and experienced oenophiles alike. Guests may discover a wine’s essentials, including its origin, producer, variety, and of course its best matching dish
