Item Description
A beautiful handmade hat from Telluride's famous store, Bounty Hunter.BountyHunter hats are all fur, no wool like most other hats. Our hats are recognized world-side because of the quality and the way that they are made.We are offering a beaver hat for the auction that retails at $950.00, we will make it in the color and style that the bidder wants.
The hats are handmade in Mancos, by Nathaniel Funmaker, on equipment that is 80 to over 100 years old. Each hat is 38-43 layers of fur. They are made one at a time to fit the size and the shape of the head. Because they are all fur they can be worn in the rain, snow, or hunting, fishing, in almost any situation. We maintain the hat for free, which means we will clean it whenever it needs it.
