With Executive Chef and partner Peter Vauthy by his side, and a menu created by Vauthy and Executive Chef Jonathan Bennett of Moxie, the Restaurant (Cleveland) they were determined to bring their kind of steakhouse to Miami. Red, the Steakhouse is nothing short of a sizzling, sexy, uber hot steakhouse. Celebrities, locals, industry insiders and tourists immediately began to sit up and take notice. No wonder. Red’s menu is all about Certified Angus Beef® prime (Certified Angus Beef® has selected Vauthy as its celebrity chef.), chops, veal, rack of lamb, chicken, pasta and seafood. Its wine list consists of 700 superbly selected offerings. And Red’s parties and events? Let’s just say they’re making some noise.
