Item Description
Delfin´s bold and often vividly colored screen prints, sometimes figurative, sometimes schematically abstracted in the style of pre-colombian art, feature symbolic creatures such as condors.
Delfín trained at the National School of Fine Arts in Lima, Peru. He was the director of the Regional School of Fine Art in Puno in 1960 and in Ayacucho in 1961. He taught in cultural institutes in Providencia and Las Condes in Chile. "
