This kit includes Citrix Sunscreen SPF 30 for the face, ears, and neck. This is the best every day sunscreen and used by Dr. Bailey herself daily. It has an SPF 30 with 7% micro sized zinc oxide mineral sun block in an oil free base that is invisible on the skin and should not aggravate acne or sting the eyes. It layers on the skin nicely with other skin care products. Dr. Bailey has used it every day for years and never has found a better product.

The kit also includes Solbar Zinc SPF 38 Sunscreen for the chest, hands, and other areas of skin that need sun protection. Solbar Zinc is my favorite sunscreen for sports, sweaty activities and applying to large expanses of unprotected skin. This SPF 38 sun block has an oil free base that's pretty much water and rub resistant and is gentle on the eyes. Dr. Bailey depended on Solbar Zinc Sunscreen for years when gardening, swimming, hiking or outdoor activity where sweating or wet or other wet environmental factors would rub off other sun blocks. The lotion base binds well to the skin and is considered a 'very water resistant sunscreen' as tested by the United States testing standards for sunscreens. Solbar Zinc SPF 38, 4 oz.: SPF 38 sunblock in an oil-free base that is very water and rub-resistant. This is Dr. Bailey's choice for sports, water activities because it doesn’t sting the eyes. Its sun protection comes from 7.5% zinc oxide and other chemical sunscreen ingredients.

Sun Guard Laundry Treatment, 1 oz.: Turn everyday clothing into sun protective clothing. Wash Sun Guard into a load of laundry and your regular garments will become sun protection clothing, with their protection lasting for approximately 19 launderings. Use of Sun Guard on a linen shirt doesn't alter the look or texture of the garment.

LipCotz SPF 45, 0.14 oz.: This pleasant zinc oxide and titanium dioxide lip balm provides chemical free sun protection for the fragile lips.

UV Ray Detecto Ring: Learn when you are exposed to harmful UV rays. The Detecto-Ring consists of plastic UV sensing beads and a colored key ring that you can carry with you. The white beads turn color when exposed to UVA or UVB approximately 50,000 times. You can place the ring on your key ring so it is always handy to check your UV exposure. The information is startling! 1. The ring turned intense color while the wearer was sitting at an outdoor cafe in complete shade of a tall building, but apparently fully exposed to reflected light from the building across the street! 2. When placed in the pocket of a one year old sun protection garment, the ring colored slightly, meaning that the sun protection of the garment was wearing out and  needed replacement. The Detecto-ring is a teaching tool and is not a medical device that can be used to guarantee sun safety.
