Honey-Glazed Hazelnut - It begins with finely grated hazelnuts mixed into the batter and a layer of creamy honey-glazed filling topped with slivered almonds. The cake is covered with a generous layer of chocolate truffle crust mixed with a splash of rum. Rich, distinctive, and a delight to eat. The honey-glazed hazelnut cake awarded the top prize in the national cake contest sponsored by the Swedish Postal Service!

Lemon Raspberry Twist - Rich lemon zest with a layer of mandarin oranges and raspberry jam topped off with powdered sugar. Almond and marzipan paste are added for extra flavor.

Dark Chocolate Sacher - Our version of the famous chocolate Sacher cake from Vienna. This delicious chocolate cake is filled by hand with a layer of the highest quality apricot jam. The top of the cake is spread with almond paste and punsch truffle* and smothered with dark chocolate. Served with a portion of unsweetened whipped cream.

*Punsch truffle = Cream and chocolate mixed with punsch, a traditional Swedish dessert liquer .

NOTE about Shipping and Freshness : Cakes will arrive in 2-3 days by USPS Priority Mail. This product will remain fresh and tasty for 21 days at room temperature. Can be refrozen. Allergy Information: Produced in a bakery that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
