Item Description
When “flawed good girl” Arabella “Babe” Carey first wed rich heartthrob, J.R. Chandler, on ABC Daytime’s long-running soap, “All My Children,” it didn’t stick. Seems she was still married to Paul Cramer, who lives over in Llanview on “One Life to Live!” But, in June 2004, they did it up right in a formal setting befitting this fairy princess gown. Created by Tricorne in New York City, the dress is a gorgeously full and fancifully billowing pink tulle design with white mesh under-petticoat and layered mesh apron embroidered with flower, shell and glittery dot sequins in iridescent ivory patina. There is a short zipper up the back starting at the waist. The breast plate is buffeted by a sturdy corseted construction offering full support for an ample bosom. Dress size is 0-2.
Babe Carey Chandler was played by actress Alexa Havens from 2003 to 2007; JR Chandler is played by Jacob Young (Broadway’s Beauty & the Beast).
