The card may be used (i) by the individual named thereon only, as it is non-transferable; (ii) for complimentary parking for one vehicle at a time; (iii) at locations served by Ultimate Parking, but only when the VIP cardholder is patronizing such establishment; and (iv) in accordance with Ultimate’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to providing a guest signature and positive identification. The card may NOT be used (i) for any purpose other than the patronage of the hotel or restaurant at which complimentary parking is provided (i.e., not to be used for commuter parking, special event parking, baseball parking, hotel guest parking, etc.)
*The Taj Boston, Battery Wharf, Folio Boston, The Greenhouse Apartments and Tuffs Medical Center do not participate in this program.
**VIP cards are not accepted for use during Red Sox home games at Hotel Commonwealth, Eastern Standard, Foundation Lounge or Great Bay Restaurant
Any abuse of the privileges afforded by this VIP Card will result in immediate revocation, in the sole and absolute discretion of Ultimate Parking.
