Strengthens listening skills and ability to follow directions and develops eye hand coordination. Origami has also been known to benefit children with ADHD and emotional problems because it helps to train the brain to focus. Studies have also shown that it stimulates the interaction between the right and left hemispheres of the brain and improves nonverbal and verbal intelligence.
