This certificate is only valid for a Headfirst Day Camp (not for a sports camp) program for children 3 ½ to 6 years old. Headfirst Day Camp is for the younger or first-time camper who enjoys a fun mix of creative activities: music and art, swimming, beginner rock wall, and an introduction to tae kwon do team sports. Each week at Headfirst Day Camp is new and exciting, as we explore and celebrate a new theme. Note: At the St. Albans location, the Day Camp program is offered to 5 and 6 year olds. This donation can only be used for a Headfirst Day Camp during the camp. Qualifying programs only include our new "Day Camp" program for children 3 ½ to 6 years old. This certificate cannot be redeemed for "Sports Camps," "Multi-Sports Camps," or "Specialty Camps" (Cooking, Magic, Science, Lights-Camera-Action), Gamers team programs, Select team workouts, Winter programs, Private lessons, or any other Headfirst programs including any affiliated programs with third party companies. This certificate cannot be transferred to another familyand has no monetary value. To Redeem This Certificate: *Please use this 2009 Auction Agreement form as your certificate when you enroll your son or daughter to a camp program. *Holder will physically need to mail this certificate accompanied by the camp registration form (you can download from our website www.playheadfirst.com). *Holder may NOT register online -- as online enrollment will require payment. *Certificate must be redeemed in 2010 and must be redeemed at least 6 weeks prior to the start date of the requested camp date. Holder may not "walk-up" at camp to redeem this certificate. *Please note that Headfirst programs do sell out, so certificate is only valid for available programs at the time of enrollment. No special arrangements will be made.
