This renovated modern house is on the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society tour and was previously owned by Delaware artist and illustrator Ethel Penniwell Brown (1878-1959). This historic 2-story, 4-bedroom house is two blocks from a glorious beach and famous boardwalk and has a screened-in front porch with ceiling fans and a large patio/deck with hot-tub. Fishing, bird watching, beachcombing, hiking, water sports, dolphin watching - Fun in summer and winter.
