The Ritz-Carlton, Denver Executive Chef Andres Jimenez came to the Mile High City from The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas where he was executive sous chef. His career also includes chef de cuisine, specialty chef, head pastry chef in various locations, including the West Indies, Costa Rica and France. His apprenticeships were with Restaurant George Blanc in Vonnas, France and Restaurant Roland Perroz in Switzerland. He is a graduate of the Ecole de Cuisine et Patisserie du Cordon Bleau in Paris.
His mask comes with dinner for at Elways in The Ritz-Carlton, valued at $175.
