This 60-90 minute workshop will help remind your organization what appropriate and effective fun looks and feels like. Laugh and learn with award-winning presenter improviser and Certified Laughter Leader Jim Winter as he explores the fun-damental strategies for using humor to improve productivity and collegiality and enhance health and wellness. Jim reviews the research and provides the theories forms and styles of humor that support group achievement. Using humorous examples, anecdotes, cartoons and video clips he guides the audience through improvisational activities and laughter exercises designed to boost energy, enhance spontaneity, increase collaboration and develop the ability to create a fun healthy climate for working and living.

Jim Winter is the founder and President of the internationally acclaimed comedy troupe WAVELENGTH. Since 1980 the improvisationally based ensemble has performed their unique brand of customized comedy for over 1 million people. WAVELENGTH's notion that humor can heal and enlighten have gotten them featured focus in hundreds of media outlets including CBS and ABC-TV, National Public Radio, the front page of Investor's Daily, the New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Sun-Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Houston Chronicle, USA Today and Teacher Magazine.
