Volunteers of America and the RSVP program Put All the Pieces Together to Create a Positive Difference. The mask displays photos of Ballington and Maud Booth, co-founders of Volunteers of America. The images – each a puzzle shape – memorialize the many services of VOA, and its RSVP program, since its founding in 1896. Volunteers of America provides services to the homeless, seniors, military veterans and those in need of shelter, food and long-term care.
