Turn Cycle Solutions tests a buildings structural envelope for inefficiencies and sustainability through an Energy Audit. This examination focuses on the most common areas that require improvement: electric consumption, water usage, recycling practices, heating/cooling and air quality. A highlight feature of Turn Cycle Solutions that will be offered is a thermal analysis; this will be done with an infrared camera that recognizes areas which show air infiltration and/or poor insulation which increases energy consumption. Turn Cycle will then further organize the audit into individual categories where the owner can take actions to make improvements.
After conducting the audit, Turn Cycle will educate and assist the implementation of required practices and methods to lower fixed costs to the owner and the environment. The services offered are auditing, consulting, and assisting in the implementation process by contacting suppliers/installers to follow out the necessary area(s) of improvement. We also offer, post consulting, which ensures that the audited areas have been improved.
