This certificate is good for one (1) cooking class for a group of ten (10) people and will include: 

1. Learning how to cook with lavender by demonstration and participation. 

2. A delightful lunch of lavender pork tenderloin, lavender herbs de Provence roasted potatoes, garden salad with lavender vinaigrette and lavender cheesecake for dessert, all of which the participants will help prepare while learning about cooking with lavender. 

Classes may be scheduled on any day of the week and are usually held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

PICK UP location will be at Muenster State Bank, 1601 W. Highway 82, Gainesville, TX, 76240; (940)665-2873 for one day only:  Monday, May 10, 2010 from 9a.m. to 5p.m. CST.  Please bring your invoice and identification with you.  If you are picking up items for a friend please bring their invoice with you.  All items not picked up during this time will automatically be shipped; standard shipping rates will be applied.

Upon closing of the on-line Auction on May 9, 2010 AT 8P.M. CST, items will be shipped out no later than Thursday, May 13, 2010.  Standard shipping rates will be applied to your credit card.  Vouchers, certificates and tickets will be shipped via USPS.

It is the Bidder/Purchaser’s sole responsibility to: (a)  perform all inspections of the items and to be satisfied as to its description, condition and/or authenticity prior to bidding. (b)  independently verify any information they deem important including information available. (c)  All information contained in the item description and all promotional materials, including, but not limited to, photographs, dimensions, conditions, etc., was provided by or on behalf of the Seller and is believed to be correct; however, neither the Seller nor the Auction Company makes any promise, representation, guarantee, or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information. (d) Failure to inspect the property does not relieve bidder of responsibility for payment and removal as stated in these terms.

ALL BIDS ARE A BINDING CONTRACT.  Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is offered, the Bidder shall be bound by the bid amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn or retracted.  Verify your information entered (ie: bid amount) before submitting your bids.
