Item Description

This is a wedding day assistant pacakge, we will be helping you cross all your T's and dot all your I's at the end of your planning process.

List of Included Services:

  • List of Pure Planning vendor referrals
  • Meeting to review all final details of your wedding (at least 3 weeks prior to wedding)
  • Finalize and confirm schedule created by you
  • Answer last minute etiquette questions
  • Obtain copies of contracts for final review and reference
  • Confirm delivery date, arrival times, location with all vendors 
  • Collect from you all items to be used at ceremony and reception
  • Collect seating lists, layouts, and all event items


  • Attend and direct rehearsal
  • Review wedding day schedule with bridal party and families

Wedding Day

  • Coordinator attendance throughout your event
  • Assistant coordinator 
  • Responsible for event day troubleshooting
  • Provide a bridal emergency kit
  • Pack up gifts and make sure that all gifts and items to be taken home are put in the right hands
  • Ceremony and Reception 
  • Coordinate and direct vendors at ceremony and reception set up 
  • Oversee deliveries
  • Ensure vendors fulfill their contractual obligatons
  • Set accessories/decorations needed for ceremony 
  • Check personal floral delivery and distribute flowers
  • Assist bridal party with questions
  • Greet and assist guests
  • Instruct ushers of seating arrangements
  • Coordinate bridal party and family members at processional and cue musicians
  • Coordinate transfer of flowers from ceremony to reception*
  • At end of ceremony collect accessories/decorations
  • Arrange proper placement and set up of all specialty reception items
  • Check table #’s and chair counts
  • Make sure all touches are perfect before event start
  • Distribute any final payments or gratuities to vendors
  • Coordinate parents and bridal party at reception entrance
  • Keep activities on schedule following the timeline
  • Cue bride and groom, bridal party and family members
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors throughout the night
  • Assist dj/band in making the reception run smooth
  • Arrange bride and groom departure (if applicable)
