Perfect for the highly organized! This package is recommended for the couple that has planned the major details of their event and needs minimal support throughout planning. With this package you will have accessibility to expert advice before the day of your event for minor questions such as etiquette and logistics, PLUS peace of mind on your Wedding Day.
Swann Soirées will orchestrate your carefully crafted occasion so that you can escape into the day without worry or concern.
Inclusions are as follows:
- Initial Consultation (1 hour)
- Email accessibility throughout your planning, for minor questions*
- Logistics Consultation 4-6 weeks before wedding (Approx. two hours)
- Final Consultation 2-3 weeks before wedding (Approx. two hours)
- Coordination & Execution of Rehearsal conducted by Swann Soirées associate (1 hour)
- Reception timeline preparation & execution (to be completed month before wedding)
- Serve as liaison between vendors & contractor on Wedding Day
- Point of contact for all family & wedding party members on Wedding Day
- Manage vendor arrival & set up
- Assure proper staging of ceremony & reception. As agreed with contractor, also set-up needed items such as guest book, favors, & other small items**
- Assure smooth fluidity of events throughout the day/evening
- Minor clean-up, such as gathering and packing of guest book, toasting flutes or heirloom items, any contractor provided décor, and all other DIY items from ceremony & reception. Assure transfer to appropriate parties/person of responsibility
- Bridal Emergency Kit
Total service time included for day-of wedding is up to nine (9) continuous hours
