Item Description
Born of her love of colorful textured fibers, the jewelry from fiber artist Joanna Ettorre combines light, drapey crocheted fibers with semiprecious gemstone chips and glass beads for a unique piece of wearable art. This lovely set of jewelry includes:
- One 20" necklace made of crocheted fiber, strung with copper-colored beads at regular intervals, plus gemstone chips. A diamond-shaped fiber pendant in brown, blue and green is punctuated by glass beads and semiprecious stones.
- One matching pair of French hook earrings in diamond shapes that dangle clusters of glass beads and semiprecious gem stones mixed into a fiber background of brown, blue and green. These earrings measure 1 ¾" long.
- One Tapestry Hair Stick Barrette made of fibers in shades of brown and green in a circular shap, through which a wooden "chopstick" type rod is inserted to hold it in place. The stick measures 6".
