BIOGRAPHY

Mary Weatherford has had one-person exhibitions at the P.S. 1 Museum in New York (1989); Marc Jancou Gallery, Zurich (1991); Debs & Co., New York (1998, 2000); Sister, Los Angeles (2005, 2007, 2008) and John Tevis Gallery in Paris. Her work has also been included in exhibitions at the New Jersey State Art Museum (1990); White Columns, New York City (1991); Neue Galerie am Landesmuseum Joanneum, Graz, Austria (1994); Museum of Contemporary Art, San Diego (1997); MOCA Tucson (2001); Orange County Museum of Art (2007) and the 2008 California Biennial. Weatherford attended the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program and earned her MFA at the Milton Avery School of the Arts, Bard College. She lives and works in Los Angeles.
