BIOGRAPHY
Louise Bonnet grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, where she studied graphic design and illustration at l'Ecole des Arts Decoratifs. After graduating she worked as a graphic designer in Los Angeles for X-Large, X-Girl, and Grand Royal. Drawing on her background in graphic design, Bonnet uses pen and ink to create work that is concise and engaging. Her illustrative aesthetic has been described as a 'whimsical' blend of "hippieish style with punk iconography." Bonnet's work has been exhibited in Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Paris.
