Item Description
Two (2) face-to-face meetings. The first, an initial meeting to discuss your planning and begin working on a timeline (up to 2 hours). The second, up to 5 hours, 1-2 months prior to your wedding date to discuss: Design/Décor, Timeline, & walk through meeting at wedding location
In addition:
- We are available by phone or email throughout the planning process
- We will provide professional vendor referrals according to your style and budget
- Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional vendors
- Review your vendor information and make creative cost saving suggestions
- We review the BEO (banquet event order) provided by your venue or caterer
- We confirm all vendors within two weeks of the wedding- taking care of all of the last minute questions so that you do not have to. We assure that all vendors know details about load in, set up and tear down
- Organization of the processional order & Coordination of the Wedding Rehearsal
- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline and confirmation of final details with vendors
- (services, delivery date, arrival time, etc.)
- Creation of a comprehensive wedding day timeline just for the wedding party
- We can collect and store wedding day items such as guest book, cake knife, toasting flutes, table names/numbers, escort cards, favors, etc. (up to one week before wedding)
- Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal (1-2 hours, the week of the wedding)
Wedding Day Services:
- Guide you graciously through your big day, up to 12 hours
- Provide one (1) additional wedding coordinating assistant for 8 hours
- Oversee ceremony and reception set up, taking care of all details
- Supervise all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
- Manage the timing of your events with family wedding party and guests
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony and get you down the aisle on time
- Distribute final payments and gratuities
- Transport gifts and personal items to on-site car or hotel room
- Coordinate the flow of the reception- cueing DJ or band for all important moments,communicating with the catering staff, prepping bridal party & family for important events, orchestrating the cake cutting & gathering all gifts and left over items at the end of the night.
- We have our bridal emergency kit with us- just in case!

For guest lists of over 200, a second assistant must be added at the rate of $150.
If the ceremony and reception are in separate locations, an additional $100 will be added to the package price for an additional assistant.
Wedding must take place in San Diego.
