Item Description
Thick, dense, soft and warm, these mittens are made of a wool and mohair blend that has been knit, felted, and embroidered by hand. Normally these are found for sale exclusively at the Fine Art of Fiber held every November at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Gloria Foster created these purple mittens with a spray of embroidered lupine at the wrist. They are becoming a classic at the Fine Art of Fiber and could become a favorite in your cold weather wardrobe or that of a friend.
