Deirdre has decorated sets for Broadway’s most famous scenic designer, Tony Walton, for A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden and at Bay St Theater Festival’s Christmas show, Inspecting Carol. She was the decorator for “Guiding Light” for 8 years and was delighted to decorate a variety of Christmas sets. (Sadly one of the great Christmas trees was destined to catch fire and create havoc for all…. as part of the plot!) She has decorated many sets on The Irish Rep stage including White Woman Street, The Importance of Being Earnest, Gaslight, Peg O’ My Heart, Take Me Along, and Aristocrats.
