Red Rock’s hotel has 811 guestrooms that span 20 floors. Rooms feature a king bed or two queen beds with pillow top mattresses, 300 thread count linens, bathrobes and slippers. Cabo Cantina - In true south-of-the-border-style, start the night off with bold Baja flavors, spicy salsas and other clever creations at the Cabo Mexican Restaurant. This casual, contemporary eatery offers more than 130 authentic Mexican dishes and guacamole galore. Sample more than 40 varieties of tequila, and sip down sangria, margaritas, and mojitos by the pitcher.
