Farid Milat was born in Algier. He moved to Austria 1983 to study art in Vienna. That was the beginning of many moves until he settled down in Germany for more than 10 year now. His art is as turbulent, spontaneous and diverse like his life. Besides, the "happy contemporary" derived inspiration towards the different cultures, however, also materials. Whether imaginative sculptures of wood, aesthetic nude painting in oil, Vase still life with Italian atmosphere on canvas or special finding pieces from the nature, to those he met on his trips - Farid Milat consciously positions itself to new challenges. FARID MILAT - an artist with body and soul who understands it, to express his joy of life and his humor also in his works, but also animates to the reflexion and does not lose the look to the reality. HIS WORKS - unexpectedly, wittily, erotically..., however, above all with a lot of love to the detail.
