Item Description
Santorini II is this work by noted artist Lee Chabot, operator of the Chabot Fine Art Gallery on Federal Hill in Providence, RI.
In the Aegean, the Greek island of Santorini was shaped over the ages by volcanic eruptions - one of which may have led to tales of the loss of Atlantis. This work captures the feel of present-day Santorini.
Lee Chabot's work is most often influenced by impressions and observations of people and their environments. How he interprets the landscape inspires both the palette and painting style he chooses to work in.
Lee's styles range from realistic, semi-abstract to abstract expressionism. He has exhibited on Canyon Road in Santa Fe, NM and Laguna Beach, CA .
Item Special Note
This framed, original oil measures 22"H x 26"W.
