Item Description
Alexander the Great defeated the Persians at Persepolis, in the Battle of the Persian Gate. In this 1889 gravure print, the victory party is evidently underway!
The creator of the original work, the Roman G. Simoni, specialized in painting historical subjects.
Item Special Note
The 8" x 13" image is in mint condition and matted in museum board. Overall dimensions are 16" x 20" in a black, wooden frame.
