A historic downtown New Orleans hotel, this property was originally built in 1925 and features a sophisticated jazz-inspired atmosphere. Contemporary décor, spacious baths, an outdoor pool and an authentic Creole restaurant, MiLa, enhance your stay at this luxury property. Each floor celebrates a legendary jazz musician and features unique snapshots by popular local photographer Romney. Preservation Hall Jazz – Enjoy VIP admission for (2) that includes front-of-line entry, prior to doors opening at 8:00pm, run-of-house seating, as well as exclusive access to the courtyard before or after the first set where you can meet the performer(s).  If you want to partake in the jazz experience of New Orleans, this a great place to start. This historic building is three blocks from the Mississippi in the heart of the French Quarter.  Preservation Hall received the Zagat award for 'Best Appeal' for 2009 New Orleans Nightlife. According to Zagat, "If you can't get in, press your nose against the glass to get your fill of traditional jazz by talented musicians at this must-see French Quarter bastion of New Orleans heritage, voted #1 for appeal in nightlife; it has an unmistakable effervescence and energy.” The Preservation Hall has no drinks, air conditioning or other fancy accoutrements; it’s just pure music, for kids and adults alike.  For a truly unique and quintessential New Orleans Jazz experience, visit Preservation Hall and see what Louis Armstrong, the king of jazz said, “now that’s where you’ll find all the greats”.  Valid one year from date of purchase, subject to availability.

Commander’s Palace Restaurant – Enjoy a dinner for (2) at the wine table featuring Chef Tory’s specially selected 5-course menu complemented by an assortment of wines, and includes tax and gratuity. Your host for the evening will be one of Commander’s wine experts.

Named “Most Popular” and “Top Decor” in New Orleans by ZAGAT (2009).  The only way to learn about wine is to taste it, and the best way is to compare several at once. If you drink a Chardonnay tonight and a Sauvignon Blanc tomorrow night, the differences will not be nearly as pronounced as when you drink them side by side. Nestled in the corner of the main dining room surrounded by wine paraphernalia is the wine table, available only to one party per night. The table is yours for the night and their wine experts will teach you as much or as little as you want to learn. You can choose the wines and they will plan a menu around it or they can make all the decisions for you.  Valid one year from date of purchase, subject to availability.
