1 month of Life Coaching by Linden Griffith.  4 (1) hour sessions - once per week

(Sessions may not occur on the weekend.)

Our work at Accomplishment Coaching is based on the following Core Values:

  • Possibility: Possibility is all that can be. There is possibility beyond what seems reasonable, predictable, comfortable, or attainable.
  • Responsibility: Being responsible leaves people at the source of their lives, at choice, and able to act effectively.
  • Integrity & Well-Being: Integrity and well-being are the foundation to having a life or business that works. Fundamental to integrity are completion and authenticity. Fundamental to well-being is self-care.
  • Essence: People have a pure, essential nature. Operating from this place, people create extraordinary relationships and unprecedented results in their lives.
  • Love: Love is what exists naturally within and between people. Removing the barriers to the experience of this love profoundly alters the quality of people's lives.

Item Special Note

Linden Griffith is a well being and balance coach with an emphasis on fitness. She is passionate about empowering others to create a life of holistic wellness in whatever capacity the client desires. She has been an athlete for years and sees the importance of taking care of oneself in order to be able to give more fully to others. Linden is loving, supportive, and enthusiastic by nature and sees the client as being fully whole and capable of creating whatever he or she desires. Navigating the paths of change can be scary, however, Linden asserts that playing with possibility is the catalyst for change, and play is fun.
