Item Description
Enjoy a stroll under the majestic giant sequoias of Giant Forest and Grant Grove as you journey with a local expert in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks and pay a visit to the top five largest trees in the world including the General Sherman Tree and our nation's Christmas tree, the General Grant Tree. Learn the history and naming of each tree. Along the way you will also experience the fascinating features of fallen sequoia trees used as cabins, the stump of a tree once exhibited at the Chicago World's Fair in 1892 and the only tree you can "drive through" in the parks. This experience is off-the-beaten path of the everyday visitor, enjoyed with your own personal naturalist and will be truly unforgettable. Where else can you take your photo in front of the world's five largest trees?
