• Voucher is nontransferable and nonrefundable & will be void if altered in any way
• Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen or destroyed
• Voucher is not redeemable for cash and is void if sold for cash or other consideration
• Voucher is for personal use only and may not be used for business travel
• Voucher must be signed by winner to become valid
• Voucher must be redeemed at Switzerland Tourism in NY
• Flights to Swiss International Air Lines Gateway, fuel surcharges and airport taxes, as well as all federal, state, and local taxes if applicable, have to be paid by the winner of the auction
• Swiss Passes/ Swiss Cards entitles travel in first class according to the enclosed synoptic map of the Swiss Travel System
• Switzerland Tourism and its partners assume no responsibility for losses or damages sustained to your person or your property during time of travel, including but not limited to, bodily injures, illness, loss or damage of personal effects etc.
• Both winner and travel companion must travel together at all times with same gateways, departure dates and destination and return dates
• All travel is subject to availability and rules and regulations of participating airline and hotel chain
• Switzerland Tourism as well as the participating airline and hotel chain shall have no responsibility or liability to the winner for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond their control, including without limitation, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, acts of God, material shortages, mechanical difficulties, riots, acts of war or other hostilities, governmental regulations or activities, fire, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
