Item Description

Donated by the artist, this is a window of rich beauty, texture and colors which shows well in both morning or evening lighting.  The window depicts a dense offering of flowers, leaves and cattails surrounded by separate borders of gold glass jewels and Tiffany style mottled white glass from the famed Uroboros Glass Company, Portland, OR. . The textured golds of the cattails and gold jewel border ignite with color when backlit by the sun, but the window also shows well with reflected interior light available after sunset.  The pattern of the flowers is adapted from an elegant wallpaper border of approximately the same size which surrounds the diningroom in an historic Midwwest home. This is a beautiful one-of-a-kind piece of art!
