Certificate Details:

This Resort Certificate provides accommodations for up to 7 nights (double occupancy) at any of our participating Caribbean beachfront resorts. Guest choosing to upgrade to a higher guest room or suite category may do so at the applicable upgrade charge. Blackout dates do apply (may be used Christmas & February) and is subject to availability. There is an additional surcharge of $100 per person/ per night during Christmas & February. Some restrictions apply. All certificates are subject to a mandatory supplement of $100.00 to $140.00 per person, per day, depending on the resort chosen, that provides food, beverages, resort activities, service charges and taxes.  These certificates will automatically expire on August 1, 2011 and travel must by completed by August 1, 2011. Airfare is not included.  Our air department will assist the winners with their travel plans as we have access to the best airfares in the Caribbean.

No Refunds or Exchanges - No Exceptions

Important: All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid. You will be contacted within 10 business days to determine how you will receive your item. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:

• Selected items will be available for pick up at the specified MDA Office no later than October 30, 2010,

• Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item description, and;

• If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance will apply and will be billed to your account.
