Information has been updated since we were having so many requests for dates.

Turns out if the dates aren't available for Il Poggio di Castellina (which was our original Tuscan Farmhouse listed), we have several more villas in the program which have most dates available still (except for July-September 2011). All homes are situated in peaceful rural settings and close to towns. The properties in the program include: Volterra, Florence, Castellina Marrittima and more. All homes are ideally close to visit beautiful Tuscan towns and beaches along the Tuscany coast! A true taste of country life and modern day, with Air conditioning and internet. All accomodations are in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms or larger and include housekeeping services. Also all include outdoor patio, gardens, swimming pools, full kitchens, living rooms, fireplace, and outdoor dining area.

Patricia will be your host to organize the breathtaking vineyard visit and wine tasting at a nearby wine estate and organize your chef creations.

Il Poggio di Castellina is a characteristic stone-buit farmhouse recently restored to the highest standard and converted into a comfortable modern villa. This deluxe country house is situated in a peaceful rural setting, between the medieval village of Castellina Marittima and the charming Tuscan coast. The villa offers an ideal location to visit the most famous Tuscan cities and beaches. The seaside resorts of Cecina and Castiglioncello with their white sandy beaches are 10Km away. Many famous cities are only a drive away. The closest vilage is 2km away and accessible by bike.

The villa surrounded by cultivated fields, features a large and beautiful pool and a loggia for dining al fresco with wonderful views of the gentle hills and that extend as far as the sea. The garden is fully equipped and includes a barbecue. Il Poggio di Castellina has been finely renovated in typical, local style with stone walls throughout, wooden beams and rustic, antique furniture, offering a true taste of Italian country life combined with modern comforts such as internet and air conditioning.

Accommodation is offered in 5 charming bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. 2 extra beds are available upon request, in order to accommodate 12 people.
