Item Description

Bold, gestural abstraction of a bouquet of flowers. 10x14 inches, oil on canvas

Clare Asch was born in Hungary and moved to the United at age eight. She studied art at the High School of Music and Art and at the Cooper Union School of Art in New York and she has an MFA from the Art Institute of Boston. Clare's paintings have been shown at the Attleboro Museum's 8Vision Show in 2009. Some of her other recent shows have been at the Darkness/Light Exhibition at the Cambridge Art association and at MPG Contemporary. Her paintings are in numerous private and public collections including that of the City of Boston and Northeastern University.States
