Day Of:

-Full wedding day coverage from start to finish.

-Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the great memories.

-Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards.

-One Lead Coordinator

-2 Assistant Coordinators to help complete tasks during the day

-Assist Photographer in rounding up friends/family members for pictures before ceremony.

-Contact for flower delivery at location, pin corsages and boutonnieres on, and distribute bouquets.

-Supervision of ceremony and reception setup to ensure a smooth and stress-free day.

-Assist wedding party, family members, and guests as needed on wedding day.

-Instructing attendants of their duties.

-Provide Seating instructions for Ushers.

-Organize wedding party for Ceremony procession and recession.

-Start attendants and bride down aisle and fluff wedding dress.

-Cue the musicians and work behind the scenes monitoring the site for any  interference.

-Set-up of unity candle, guest book/pen, placecards, special pictures, menus, table numbers, favors, cake knife, server, toasting flutes, and any other personal items 

-Be certain the tables are organized the way you designated with the correct number of chairs, favors, etc. before you and your guests arrive at the wedding reception.

-Coordination of Events at Reception (grand entrance, dining, first dance, toast, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, send-off, etc.).

-Coordinates with the other vendors to manage the pace of the evening making sure we are all on the same page.

-Alleviate last minute problems and stresses, emergency kit on hand for unexpected mishaps.

-Coordination of the collection of gifts at reception and organize where all of your wedding presents/cards will be transported.

-Pack up all items belonging to you at the end of the night. (i.e. cake pillars, tape loose cards to gifts, wrap top layer of wedding cake, gather gifts, as well as wash and pack the toasting flutes, cake and knife server at end of night.)

-Assist DJ/Band with timing and Grand Entrance, and assist members of bridal party in assembling for dances.

-Assist guests with seating cards by helping them find their table/seat at reception.

-Be aware of and oversee behind-the-scenes items at reception such as dimming lights for bridal dances, liaison to kitchen and banquet manager to serve the needs of the bride and groom, supervise wedding day events to make sure it is smooth.

-Distribute final payments to vendors.

-Present during your reception to be certain everything runs smoothly and as scheduled. If you’re worrying about the management of the day you won't be having a good time.
