Carlos Ochoa works in sculpture and stained glass, as well as oils, as used in this original piece. You'll also note that his signature is etched in the aluminum itself.
Colombian-born, Carlos was awarded the keys to the city of Pawtucket for a recent exhibition of his works at the Blackstone Valley Visitors' Center.
