Item Description

From your friends at Rogue Creamery enjoy two nights at the original cottage built in 1935 that housed the founding Vella family.

Located on Hwy 99 in Central Point, Oregon, it was but a part of the Rogue Creamery tradition that inspired the song by Austin songwriter/musician Chris Brecht.

Upon arrival you will find your kitchen stocked with the finest award winning handmade cheese produced by Rogue Creamery along with wines made in the Applegate Valley from Madrone Mountain and Daisy Creek Vineyards along side Lillie Belle organic chocolates.

A tour of Rogue Creamery will be arranged with the lead cheesemonger as well as a stop at the Artisian Tasting Room, home of Madrone Mountain and Daisy Creek. Lillie Belle Chocolates is right next door. All are conveniently located directly across the street.

During your free time you may want to consider a visit to the many sites Southern Oregon has to offer.  The world renown Shakespeare Festival located in Ashland, Oregon is but a twenty minute drive. Plan a river rafting trip or visit to Crater Lake; these are just some of the activities there are to explore. Who knows, for the right price, perhaps your visit could be stretched into a three night stay.

Find out for yourself why Cary Bryant and David Gremmels fell in love with the Rogue Valley and purchased the Rogue Creamery on nothing more than a handshake with the commitment to Ig Vella that they would continue the art and tradition of making the world’s finest handmade cheese.
