Love Easy: A gentle yet complete introduction to raw food. LOVEeasy presents a truly balanced combination of juices and solid foods. Great starting point to acclimate your body to a nutrient-dense, plant-based eating. All juices are "pressed" fresh daily.

LOVEdeep: A complete fast from solid food and not for the fainthearted. However, nothing matches the surge of energy and incredible clarity that comes from drenching the body with vital ingredients. All juices pressed fresh daily.

LOVEmore: A fast that infuses the body, mind and spirit with greens and is perfectly balanced and highly alkaline-forming.

 All juice and food is: raw (unheated), organic (no chemicals added), vegan (no animal by-products), and of course, you end up with a truly unique experience. Each program consists of seven different items, delivered or picked up fresh each day. You will receive an email with a "L.O.V.E.note" with instruction, a time schedule, information and daily inspiration. Each day is a bit different and exciting, yet all is very easy to follow.
