Item Description

Duncan's story:
Duncan was picked up from a local shelter on September 14th, he was a typical puppy, full of energy and teasing all the other dogs at his foster home. The next morning he had vomited in his crate, was very lethargic, and would not eat. His foster dad finished getting ready for work and had him at the vet office before 7.30am. He got a call about a half hour later that he was positive for Parvo.
Duncan would have to stay with them for several days. His foster dad visited him every day to check on him. After a 5 day, expensive stay at the vet he was well enough to go back to his foster home.
After a few days Duncan seemed to start to have the same symptoms again, so extremely worried, his foster dad rushed him back to the veterinarian.
The veterinarian found an obstruction in his intestines, and kept him under close observation. Duncan eventually passed the obstruction, he became happy again and returned home.
Duncan has only been with ABR for less than a month, but has taken quite a dent out of the ABR pocket book.
Please bid to raise money to help cover Duncan's veterinary expenses. The winner will receive a special gift from Duncan.
