Item Description

14 x 18 Oil Painting

Local artist Colleen Vandeventer has been an active member of the art community in the Attleboro area since the late 80’s.  Her oil and pastel skills have garnered a large following of students and collectors locally as well throughout the region.

A regular supporter of Attleboro Museum’s annual auction, this year Colleen has submitted an oil painting of “The First Blooms of Spring” which was inspired by the myriad blooms of rhododendron and azaleas that appear in New England as the first indicators of the warmth of Spring.

Colleen is presently represented in the area by Preservations Framer’s of N. Attleboro as well as Venetucci Fine Art Gallery in Westbrook, CT.
