Item Description
A home made, traditional English Christmas pudding, made to your specifications. Can be made vegan or gluten free, with or without nuts, and with your favorite dried fruit. Christmas pudding typically is made up of a mixture of raisins, currants, golden raisins, candied orange peel, almonds, and copious quantities of brown sugar, brandy, butter, and bread crumbs. Figs, apricots, dates, Brazil nuts and pine nuts are also often used. The pudding needs to be steamed for 2 hours before eating. It can be served as it is, or with custard, heavy cream or brandy butter. The pudding comes in a glass or plastic dish which is included in the price. Plastic recommended if pudding is being shipped.
Requires a week's notice.

The item can also be picked up at Sebastopol Independent Charter School after the end of the auction. Credit cards will be automatically billed after the auction. Unless you are a school parent, you will automatically be charged for shipping unless you contact us before 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, December 15th.
